A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: Samples need 3-7 days, mass production time needs about 30 days.

A: Low MOQ, 1 pc for sample checking is available.

Q4: How do you ship the goods, and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS or FedEx. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Then we arrange the production.

Q6: Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

A: Yes, we could print logo on some products. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.

A: We have white box packing, color box packing, craft box packing, blister packing, display box etc. We can customize the packing as your need.
